Hello, this site is managed by Jeffrey (J.D.) Brock. I created this site to help students who feel that they are lost in the search for scholarships and experiences like I was. I want to add that this website includes a lot, but is not comprehensive, and you should not try to do everything on this website. Most experiences and scholarships are tailored to Kentucky residents, Appalachians, and/or Leslie County residents.
How to navigate the website:
There is a section for for each grade level including 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade. You should click on the grade level you are currenlty in or will be going into to view the different opportunities. Some of the opportunities are marked as for "rising *year in school*" meaning it is for those going into their next year of school. While this website includes a lot of information, it is in no way cumulative. Also, while I strive for perfection, mistakes can be made. Please be sure to check the each website for specific information and clarity.
